# LEMOS KIDS IN-HOUSE ROUND ROBIN COMPETITION

**Description:** Competitions can be a bit scary, especially for kids. Our goal is to give your children an introduction to the competition format, in a friendly environment as they already know most of the competitors in a place they are very familiar with.

Date: Saturday 19th October 2024

Time: 9am

Age: 4 to 16.

Price: $40

The payment can be made through a bank transfer or at reception with our friendly staff.

Registration: Closes Wednesday 16th of October at 23:59pm or when all the spots are taken. This competition is available for Lemos, TDS and Grips current members only.

Cancellation: until Wednesday 16th of October 2024

REFUND POLICY

100% refund available until Saturday 12th October only.

DIVISION MERGERS

We will try our best to keep the kids in their initial division. However, the divisions that have just one competitor will be automatically merged up into one or two weight/age classes.

Competitors will be merged based on their age, weight and skill level, according to our coaches' judgement.

WEIGH-INS

Please make sure to weigh your kids WITH THE GI ON before the registration or any changes must be done by Wednesday 16th of  October.

All the kids must weigh in again at check-in on the day, anytime from the gym opening until 30 minutes before the actual competitor's division start time. 

Please be aware that wrong weight values may disqualify and remove the competitor from the brackets.

We have limited spots, make sure you don't miss out!

We do not take late registrations or registrations at the event.
