**Description:** Major League Grappling is a first of its kind tournament built for the athlete. This is where every match counts and every victory pays real money.

For our first tournament, we decided to make it a 200lb cap absolute division, featuring two classes:

Earn $200 Per Match Won Every time you step on the mat and win, you get paid $200 instantly rewarding your effort and performance. No waiting until the finals, no empty medals. You win, you earn. Simple as that.

Lose Your First Match? You Still Have a Shot. If you lose your first match, you’re not out. You drop into a consolation bracket, and if you win that bracket, you get your full entry back. That means everyone has something to fight for, every step of the way.

Creating an Ecosystem Where the Athlete Thrives, Major League Grappling is more than a tournament it’s an ecosystem built to help grapplers grow, compete, and earn. We understand the sacrifices athletes make to train, travel, and compete, and our goal is to build a platform that gives back to the people who make this sport great.

Rules and Format
Submission Only: There are no points or advantages. You either finish your opponent or convince the judges through dominance, aggression, and submission attempts.
Judges’ Decision: If there’s no submission at the end of regulation, the judges and referee will decide the winner.
Final Match Overtime: The only match with overtime is the final a fresh 5-minute round to determine the ultimate winner.
