# Manitoba Open - Fall 2019

**Description:** The Manitoba Open is held twice a year to provide an organized, high quality tournament for all regional competitors to gain key competition experience and to test their skills. Our tournament has been developed to follow the same framework as many of the highest recognized international events.

We welcome and invite all academies to participate in our annual tournament and help the growth and recognition of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

We are excited to showcase the Masters2(35+) competitors this fall.  Those who qualify (35 and older) can register in the masters division for free!   We will make brackets based on skill and weight depending on the numbers.  Masters can also choose to signup for the standard Adult divisions (18+) if they wish following normal registration process.

**ADULTS:**Saturday, Nov 9th, 2019  9:00AM (Sharp) - 4:30PM

**KIDS:**Sunday, Nov 10th, 2019  9:00AM (Sharp!) - 1:00PM

*Doors open 45mins prior to start time.*

Competitors will weigh must weight in when they arrive at the venue, before their first match.**There is only one opportunity to check the weight.**If the competitor does not make weight,they will be immediately disqualified.

**Adults can weigh-in with in GI or NOGI attire.**

Please make sure that you are in the correct weight division. You can not change divisions ,if you do not make your designated division. No changes will be accepted in the tournament day, no refund.

Competitors 14 and younger will have a 1lb weight allowance.
