**Description:** BJJ black belt Martin Aedma will lead an Open Guard Game seminar focusing on techniques applicable to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling. The seminar is suitable for all practitioners interested in effective ground techniques, regardless of their background or experience. Training will be No-Gi.

Martin is an experienced and successful competitor, with achievements including multiple BJJ European Championship bronze medals, Scandinavian Open champion, and 9-time Estonian BJJ champion. He is a highly regarded instructor known for his analytical teaching style.

The seminar will take place on Saturday, September 17, 2016, with two sessions: 11:00-12:30 (Open Guard from bottom) and 13:30-15:00 (Open Guard from top). Registration is required by September 16, 2016, and the seminar has a maximum capacity of 20 participants.
