# Money in the Bank 2 > Competition in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States | July 26, 2025 – July 27, 2025 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** Money in the Bank 🏦  July 26th  Finishers HQ  3713 Linden st  Suite 1  Bethlehem PA 18020 2pm start time and it will start with the first matchup in the bracket. There will be 1-2 superfights in between the finals to give adequate rest to the guys in the finals  Weigh ins - Day before virtual weigh ins - one pound allowance  1 coach is allowed per competitor, $20 entry for spectators  NO  Slams Scissor Leg Takedowns  Jumping Guard OK Flying armbar or triangle  Twisters and Wristlocks  Restarts - Walls and the Crowd are not legal so if you crash into the wall or you out of bounds we will restart you from standing.  CJI Rulset - 3 x 5 min rounds  3 judges score the match on a 10 point must system JUDGING CRITERIA RANKED I. INITIATING ACTION – the highest reward is for initiating effective action. Attempting takedowns, guard pass, sweeps, submissions, etc. Judges will give the highest reward to the competitor who is aggressive, the one starting the action and attacking that leads to scrambles. II. CLOSE SUBMISSIONS & DYNAMIC ACTION – Dynamic Action is takedowns, sweeps, passes, etc. After initiating effective action, progressing through control and position to sub attempts weighs heavy on judges. III. POSITIONAL CONTROL/DOMINANT CONTROL – This is the last factor. If all else is equal, the competitor who controlled the match positionally or dictated the pace of the match will be rewarded.  Stalling   When referee/table judge determines an athlete is stalling:  a. Referee will announce “Stalling Warning” to the athlete.  b. If the athlete does not make an attempt to initiate action shortly After receiving the warning, a point will be deducted.
