**Location:**The Peak, Kimbrae Drive, Rototuna North, Hamilton

**Weigh ins:**8am - 9 am | Event Starts 8:30 am

**FORMAT:**This tournament will be a Round Robin belt ranked Pool format meaning that all adult competitors get multiple matches. This allows you to compete against many different people around your skill level, giving you the most experience possible! the absolute division will be open to all competitors and will be a mix of all weights and belt ranks. this will be a submission-only style event with 10-minute matches if no clear winner by end of the match will be considered a draw.

THIS TOURNAMENT IS PRE-REGISTRATION. ON DAY PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF ORGANISED IN ADVANCE.

We do not take registrations at the event.

Adult Registration price:  (Register before March 31 at 11:59 pm) $55

Kids Registration price: $40

Absolute Division – $20

Spectators - $5 at the event

COMPETITOR LISTS: Competitor Lists will be LIVE throughout the registration process and can be viewed by checking out the registrations tab on the event page. We encourage everyone to login by the last day of registration and check their details along with the competitor lists, and not wait until the brackets are published and locked in to confirm such details.

CHANGING DIVISIONS: After registration closes, all competitors (or coaches, parents) can make changes to their registrations. we allow division changes until the end of weigh-ins please try and get your weight correct as it will make the day run much smoother.

DIVISION MERGERS: After change deadline, competitors who do not have anyone in their division group may be merged with another division of the same or closest belt rank.

REFUND POLICY: there will be no refunds or future credits issued except for special circumstances.

BRACKETS: brackets will be posted on the wall day of the competition

WEIGH-INS: Takes place on the day of the event. weigh-in anytime from 8:00 am - 9:00 am You must have officially weighed in by this time and have made the weight, or else you will be moved up a division.

MEDALS: 1st place of each division will receive a medal  ,2nd & 3rd will be awarded Medals. all awards will be awarded to all finishers directly after your bracket is finished.

Award Giving: 1st place will be awarded gold medal as well as silver and bronze medals will be awarded to all podium finishers directly after your bracket is finished.

BEST OVERALL TEAM/COMPETITOR AWARDS: Results of medals and competitors will be kept on our website and awards will be given throughout the year to the top teams and competitors.

DIVISION RESULTS: Division brackets along with their final placements are live updated to and readily available on the results tab of the event page
