About This Event
Come join us for the 7th Annual Crystal Cup Open. The event will again be at the Coral Springs Gymnasium conveniently located between Miami and West Palm Beach.
-Competitors are required to be present 60 minutes before their match start time.
-Brackets and schedule are posted every Thursday afternoon prior to the event.
-You can access these by visiting the “Brackets & Schedule” tab.
-A REAL-TIME schedule by bracket and REAL-TIME schedule by match order will be featured on large TV monitors at the event allowing you access to the most up-to-date information available.
-During the event, you will be able to access this information from your mobile device.
-Competitors must be in Fighter Bullpen 15 minutes prior to your match time.
-$89.00 registration, $12.00 spectator, FREE event tee.
-1 or 2 divisions.

If you don't actually talk to a customer representative during the Final Registration period then you are not registered. Please do not show up on Saturday to register as NEWBREED events are preregistration only.
-Military members with orders to go overseas are entitled to a full refund if they can provide a copy of their orders.
-NO REFUNDS will be given at any time for any reason.
-You can receive a credit for a future event for any reason until 12:00 PM on the Friday before the event by logging into your account and canceling your registration.
-You do not need to contact the office to receive or use your credit
-Vouchers are valid at any of our events nationwide.
VOUCHERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER THE TOURNAMENT FOR ANY REASON.
-Only valid for female competitors that are competing in the Women’s Gi and/or NoGi division.
-A $10.00 discount will be automatically applied to your order.
-Please email our office at contact@newbreedgear.com for a discount code (may be asked to provide proof of relationships).
-Please include your first and last name, the number of people you are registering and their first and last names. This will expedite the process of receiving your discount code.
-Only valid for IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS (brothers, sisters, parents, children and spouses).
-Teammates, cousins, coaches and students DO NOT qualify for the family discount packages.
-Weigh-ins will take place on Saturday only.
-You must weigh in 60 minutes prior to your division. If you are late for weigh-ins, you WILL be disqualified and NO voucher or refund will be given. So, please consider drive time, traffic and time to find parking as these will NOT be valid reasons for missing weigh-ins.
-You do not have to weigh in with your Gi on.
-You only have to weigh in once, even if participating in multiple divisions.
-We have a 1 pound allowance policy.
-For competitors 12 years of age and older: you WILL be disqualified and NO refund or voucher will be given.
-For competitors 11 years of age and under: we will do our best to accommodate you and move you into a new bracket. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. If there are no available fights, we will provide a voucher for future use but NO refunds will be given.
-You can access a full list of competitors by visiting the event page and clicking on the “Registrations” tab.
-This is a REAL-TIME list that updates automatically as competitors register.
-You can make changes to your registration until 11:59 PM on the day of the final registration deadline (Tuesday prior to the event).

-If the final registration deadline passes and you do not like where you are bracketed, you can cancel your registration before 12 pm on the Friday prior to the event and receive a credit for a future event.

-Waiting on coaches not only holds up a single competitor’s match but has a domino effect on the rest of the event. It is for this reason that we will no longer wait on coaches to finish at one mat before beginning a match at another. Please keep this in mind when planning on the number of coaches to bring to each event.
-Coach’s passes will be provided free of charge depending on the number of competitors from your school.

-Results are REAL-TIME and will be automatically posted on the TV monitor at the awards booth beside the podium as well as on the event page.
