This event is PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY

Tournament divisions include:

• Gi and No-Gi
• All belt levels
• All ages starting at 4 years old
• Multiple weight classes

This event is sanctioned by the Ontario Jiu Jitsu Association (OJA).

All athletes must have a valid OJA membership.

Athletes must attend weigh-ins within the designated time.

If the athlete exceeds the registered weight, they will be moved to the next available division.

Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Athletes must attend weigh-ins during the designated period.

If weight is missed, athletes will be moved to the next available division.

Athletes may weigh in before their first match.

• Only one attempt will be allowed
• If the athlete misses weight they will be disqualified

Reasonable time will be provided, however lateness will not be tolerated.

Athletes can update their registration directly through Smoothcomp.

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Athletes unable to compete due to injury, illness, or bereavement may request event credit toward a future tournament up to 5 days before registration closes.

Refunds will only be issued if no suitable match can be found.

Tickets will also be available at the door (limited availability).

• Check your registration details before the correction deadline
• Ensure your Gi meets OJA standards
• Kimono and belt must remain tied at all times in competition areas
• Referee decisions are final

Athletes must:

• Arrive 45 minutes before their scheduled bracket
• Be warmed up when called
• Listen for division announcements on the PA system

In the bullpen area:

• Follow instructions from the Ring Coordinator
• Proceed to weigh-in and Gi inspection when called

After your match:

• Return to the warm-up area
• Wait for your next match call

All athletes must show respect to:

• Referees
• Staff
• Coaches
• Other athletes

Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.

All disputes must be addressed through the referee, whose decision is final.

Please keep track of your personal belongings.
