# NoGi Only Submission in Cage

Accreditation and weight control: from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m

Opening: at 12 o'clock

Qualifiers: until 8 p.m

Finals: from 8 p.m

Each match will last for eight (8) minutes, submission only. If the match doesn’t finish within

this time limit, it goes to a 4-minute overtime round. If still no decision after the overtime is

over, one of the athletes start from the back for 2 extra minutes of attacking time. The

decision of who starts the attack will be made by throwing a coin before the extra minutes.

If there is no submission or escape, change the attacker for another 2 minutes. If there is no resolution, the decision is made by the referee.

The final matches will go without time limit.

The athlete can yield in the following ways:

- Verbal tap (e.g., yelling)

- Tapping (by hand or by leg)

- Towel throw (by the coach)

- No punching or kicking

- No hair pulling

- No eye poking

- No biting

- No fish hooking

- No long nails allowed

- Slums are only allowed in submission positions

- Don’t wear any metal or anything sharp

- No groin guards

- Knee braces only without sharp objects

- No lubrication of any type

- Either rash guard or topless

- Shorts and/or long pants, GI’s, wrestling shoes and mouth pieces are allowed
