**Description:** It's Jiu-Jitsu competition day. Gracie Barra Haringey and Roger Gracie Welwyn Garden City will be hosting the North London Super Challenge 4 in Welwyn Garden City, giving Jiu-Jitsu  Competitors from across Europe the opportunity to compete, learn and celebrate in a safe, friendly and yet highly technical environment.

The kids competition will start at 9:30am. First adult division fights will start at 12noon. Competitors are going to have their weigh in shortly before their fight, with full uniform (pants, top, rash and belt). We will have to disqualify those who won't make weight.

Blue/Purple Range - Winner takes £100

Brown/Black Range - Winner takes £200

Children up to age of 6 do not pay to be a spectator, older than 6 years old it will be £6. For adults £10 until 20th October. On the day it will be £10 for kids and £20 for adults. Please get in touch.

**What’s the Uniform Requirements?**

Any colour Full  Uniform ( Gi + (rashguard))
