This 7-day Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu camp on Amrum offers an immersive 5-day training program designed for small groups seeking focused instruction in a serene, natural environment. Participants will engage in up to 6 hours of daily training, starting with dynamic warm-ups through forest and beach terrain, followed by intensive sessions in a fully equipped dojo. The curriculum emphasizes submission systems (both ground and stand-up), technical flows for various submissions, and extensive live sparring, ensuring a comprehensive and adaptable game by the camp's end. Beyond BJJ, the camp provides access to a full gym, an on-site sauna, and optional yoga classes for complete recovery and conditioning. 10th Planet & IKF Instructor Marc Nolte's training in Northern Germany uniquely blends Israeli Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). This combination provides students with a complete skill set for both stand-up and ground self-defense. Nolte also emphasizes de-escalation and stress management, making his courses a powerful physical and mental challenge. Held in locations like the island of Amrum, his classes are available to all skill levels and offer practical, effective instruction in an inspiring setting. Amrum Nestled in the Wadden Sea off Germany's North Sea coast, Amrum is a tranquil island escape renowned for its immense sandy beaches, particularly the sprawling Kniepsand. For strength and conditioning needs, there is a basic gym setup with essentials like kettlebells and resistance bands. Guests will also find a convenient kitchenette with a fridge and seating for breaks and meals, along with on-site toilets and handwashing facilities, and a dedicated changing area.
