# OCEAN BJJ Trial 2026 - Warsaw

## Overview

**Event Type:** Competition

**Description:** Ocean BJJ Pro Championship is a No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament with an exclusive ruleset, organized by UIJJ / FIJLKAM. It is open to all grappling disciplines, including Judo, BJJ, Sambo, Olympic Wrestling, MMA, or any other grappling skill.

STRUCTURE

Ocean is divided into two phases:

Phase 1 >>> Trial: Multiple selection events held in various Italian and European cities.

Phase 2 >>> Final: The winners of the Trials will compete in a one-night event, alongside Special Guests invited by Ocean, to fight for the final cash prize.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Trial registration is open to everyone, with no restrictions on Age / Belt Rank / Discipline / Nationality.

There are two weight categories:

Man

-80 kg (Lightweight) and Openweight (any weight category).

Women

-65 kg (Lightweight) and Openweight (any weight category).

To qualify for the Finals, you only need to win one Trial.

If you don’t win a Trial, you can compete in as many Trials as you want.

PRIZES

*TOTAL OF ATHLETES AT THE END OF ALL TRIALS:

30 to 49 athletes --> 2.500€ (For male and female for both category)

50 to 99 athletes --> 5.000€ (For male and female for both weight category)

100 to 149 athletes --> 7.500€ (For male and female for both weight category)

OVER 150 athletes --> 10.000€ (For male and female for both weight category)

Prize for Category Winners at September 2025 Finale

Additionally, there are three cash bonuses for:

- Best Submission

- Best Throw

- Most Submissions

ACADEMY / TEAM

During Ocean Trial registration, you must fill out the "Your Academy and Team/Association" section.

There are three options:

1 - If your academy is already on Smoothcomp → Select it from the drop-down menu.

2 - If your academy is not listed → You can create a new academy following the guided process, then select it during registration.

3 - If you don’t want to select an academy → Enter "No Academy" in the "Academy/Club" field.
