THIS EVENT IS A PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY! Double elimination bronze for brackets 4+ in participants. 168 Queen Street, South, Mississauga, ON L5M1K8 UNIT 210 No spectators allowed, other than 1 parent/guardian/chaperon ($10) must pre-purchase your general admittance ticket here: https://v3da.com/product/oracle-kids-open/ and bring receipt to gain admittance. One (1) coach allowed for free.  In the case of a forced event cancellation, all registration fees will be automatically refunded. The organization and/or event promoter is not responsible for the participant's other expenses such as, but not limited to; transportation and lodging. Make sure that all the information is correct. If there are any issues contact us immediately. Make sure to have a clean gi in proper condition according to OJA rules. The athletes must keep the kimono and belt tied to the waist at all times while waiting for their fight. The referee makes the final decision and will not tolerate any complaints or make changes to the decision. Please complete warms ups outside (weather permitting), and enter 1/2hr prior to your fight time. The athletes are not allowed to wait in corridors or stairwells for fire safety/code reasons. Go directly into 168 Queen St South, Mississauga, unit 210 (beside the TD bank, park on west lot, use stairs on south end, buzz to get let up). Be respectful to the staff, officials other athletes and coaches. In turn they will show you the same courtesy. Be respectful to the referees, showing consideration and appreciation for the performance of his or her duties. Any disputes regarding matches are to be settled by the Referee. All decisions by the Referee will be final. DO NOT call for points directed to the referee. ===== THIS IS A SILENT TOURNAMENT. ===== YELLING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Only one (1) Coach will be allowed to coach from the side.  Direct all questions to tournament staff at the administration table. We will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible. Please be patient with questions as there are a lot of competitors at the event. As such we remain busy throughout the day. Please maintain your belongings.
