# Osssome Summer Camp - BJJ & No-Gi Grappling Camp 2019

**Description:** This four-day Osssome BJJ & No-Gi grappling camp will be held in the middle of summer (July 18-21) at the Helsingin Paini-Miehet Jakomäki wrestling hall. The camp features daily technique, drill, and sparring sessions, both Gi and No-Gi, led by some of Finland's top competitors and coaches. Instructors include Lauri & Elvira Karppinen, Tommi Pulkkanen, Aki Peltoniemi, and Jyri Manninen.

The venue offers ample mat space, shared accommodation options, kitchen facilities, a billiard table, and a game console. Participants are advised to bring their own bedding for accommodation.

Spots are limited, and pre-registration is required and binding. The camp costs 160€ without accommodation or 200€ with three nights of accommodation, payable in cash on-site.
