# PEAK Grappling Spring Scramble 2025

**Event Type:** Competition

**Description:** • Youth / juvenile/ Adult tournament with a dual round elimination.  This means that athletes are guaranteed 2 matches.

• Kids matches will run for 3 minutes in length.

• We will be following the IBJJF rules and regulations.

• Door opens for competitor weigh in at 8:00am.  Athletes meeting begins at 830am

• Competition starts at 9:00am.

• PEAK ALLOWS A 1 LB. WEIGHT ALLOWANCE FOR ALL YOUTH registered into the tournament.

• There is no weight allowance for adults.  Being under or over the weight that you are registered into will result in immediate disqualification unless you were specifically moved into a category to find matches.  IF you have been contacted by PEAK admin, to inquire about your current weight, its is highly likely that a bracket had been carefully curated for you and the weight restrictions no longer apply.  If you are not sure, simply send us an email.

Kids under 11 and under FREE.  $10 per person (pre- purchase) for 12 years of age and up.  $15 per person payment at the door.  We accept Cash/ Credit/ Debit, all forms of credit card payments, Apple/ Android Pay.  Pre-purchase tickets can be made here:

EVERY GYM MAY BRING 1 COACH WHO WON'T PAY ENTRY. PLEASE DOWNLOAD A FREE COACHES PASS AT THE LINK ABOVE.

**Failure to download the free coaches  will result in paid entry.  An additional coach may be granted free entry depending on how many athletes they have competing in the event.  Please reach out for more details.**

• We are allowing early weight check-ins at this event.  Email us at PEAK.Jits@gmail.com for more information. Call times continually update live on the Smoothcomp website are dynamic.

• You are responsible for keeping track of your call time, keeping in mind you may be called early.

• *Where your chosen category cannot be accommodated, you will be moved to the next most suitable available category.  For, Junior & Juveniles, this may mean moving up/ down an age group, up a weight or in some circumstances, merging Male and Female categories into a mixed category*

• All the competitors must wear uniform according to IBJJF guidelines.

• ALL kids are allowed to wear rash guards for this competition.

• Submissions will be allowed in all age groups/ brackets.  Athletes must comply with IBJJF kids rules.

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd place athletes will receive a customized medallion, by our sponsors  Bandage Jiu-Jitsu, Fox Boxing, SQRD Away.  Lost or unclaimed medals will NOT be mailed out to athletes.  It is your responsibility to claim and place your medals in a safe place.

By registering into the tournament, you agree to give your email to the PEAK JiuJitsu collective for special promotions into the up coming events and athletic products that we provide to make your experience a fulfilling one.  Your email credentials will not be sold, given to another entity besides the collective which markets athletic based events and athletic products.  Thank you for your continued support.
