It is not karate, BJJ or Muay Thai. Nor is it any other label you might think of either. It's a style-independent training retreat that uses martial arts as a lens to sharpen your senses and explore **Mushin**(無心) — also known as the "flow state" of optimal performance. *"We're not here to build fighters who push harder.
