Event Type: No-Gi Jiu Jitsu Competition

Welcome to the Primacy Grappling Invitational, the first and only**Submission Only Cash Bracket**tournament in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The goal of this competition is to give back to the gulf coast jiu jitsu community by providing a regular opportunity for the best local grapplers to showcase their talent and win some money. Food and Drink Vendors will be onsite along with a DJ playing music throughout the event. Immediately following the Matches we will convert the event into an open mat.

How it will work: All athletes pay a registration fee to compete which goes into the pot, winner of each bracket walks away with the bag, the more athletes, the bigger the prize pool. (Organizers will retain 20% for overhead costs of putting the competition on). We want to offer an alternative to paying a $100 entry fee at your local tournament for 2 matches and a $3 Medal.

The EBI (Eddie Bravo Invitational) Overtime format is designed to determine a clear winner in no-gi jiu jitsu matches that end without a submission (Draw). Here's a brief summary of the rules:

The EBI Overtime format ensures that a winner is decided in a clear, competitive manner. No judges, no ref's decisions.
