**Description:** Crest Professional Fighting Center is hosting a BJJ seminar with Rafael Domingos in Helsinki's Metsälä. Rafael Domingos is a well-known instructor in Finland, recognized for his unique teaching style.

The seminar will consist of two three-hour sessions held on consecutive days: Saturday, October 17th, and Sunday, October 18th, from 12:00 to 15:00. Both sessions will be gi training. The cost is €25 for one day or €40 for both days, payable in cash on-site.

Spaces are limited, and early registration is encouraged via the link provided in the Facebook event. Crest PFC welcomes all participants, regardless of their affiliation.
