**Description:** Reload Submission Tournament RST is a fantastic opportunity for beginner and intermediate levels. A new modified rule set of how many submissions you can get In One Single Round, which will increase valuable competition experience time.

The competitor with the most submissions in a round will win. In the event of a draw there will be an overtime round added from back attack and the winner will be who can get the fastest submission or escape. 

The round duration is 5 minutes and there will not be a points system, only submissions count.

Entry will be £30 per person 

All Competitors will receive a medal and t shirts are available on the day of the event. 

It will be hosted at UTC Cannock WS11 1AS. Hot and Cold Drinks / Supplements will be available on reception on the day. 

There is plenty of parking available at the pub 50 metres away from the venue. 

The event is sponsored by Reload Supplements, and they will be providing prize’s for category winners.
