The session returns to the core principles and fundamentals that started it all, focusing on key positions, fundamental techniques, and the small details that make each move reliable in training and self-defence.

Whether you are just starting or have been training for years, this seminar is a rare opportunity to refine your basics, deepen your understanding, and train the way it has been passed down through generations of the Gracie family.

- After the seminar, enjoy access to the sauna and cold plunge. **Swimwear is required to enter the Relax area.

- A Gi is required for training if you don’t have one, rental Gis will be available at the front desk.
