**Description:** Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of our control, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel this year's event.

We have tried hard to rectify  an issue that was put before us but has been impossible to to fix the problem.

Alot of work has gone on behind the scenes to make this event successful and it saddens us greatly to have to cancel. However we will still build the brand and get a date up in 2023 and will not need the services of outside groups to make the event a success.

We will issue full refunds to everyone over the coming days.  Thankyou for supporting us with your entries and we hope to see you in the future.
