# RPG's Battle of Murfreesboro - Gi and No Gi Championship > Competition in Los Angeles, California, United States | May 20, 2023 – May 21, 2023 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** MAY 20TH, RPG Promotions brings its GROUND WAR Grappling Series to Middle Tennessee. Get ready for the most exciting tournament this year! We will be bringing together the best athletes in the state, this is one event you won't want to miss. - While we try our best not to, occasionally locations, brackets, and rules need to be changed. RPG Promotions LLC reserves the rights to do so without notice. Any changes made will be made here on smoothcomp, so please keep an eye out on this event page for any changes or updates. - $80.00 First division - $20.00 each additional division - $10.00 Spectator - $100.00 First Division - $20.00 each additional division - $10.00 Spectator - Spectator tickets can be purchased through Smoothcomp or our website for $10.00 - Spectator tickets will also be sold at the door for $15.00 - We will be using a MODIFIED ADCC RULE SET - 1 parent or coach will be allowed to accompany our Tiny Kid and Little Kid (4/5 and 6/7 year old) competitors to the competition area. All other kids and adult divisions will be coached from the rail. - Competitors will weigh in the first time they check in at the Bullpen. The Gi will not be required to weigh in unless the competitor is only competing in the Gi Division. Competitors will only be required to weigh in once. - No unsportsmanlike conduct will be allowed. - Referees, at their own discretion, may disqualify and or eject any competitor or coach for unsportsmanlike conduct. - In divisions ages 4 to 15 and adult white belt, the referee has the right to call the match if he or she believes the submission or position may cause serious injury. - No visible body jewelry will be allowed. - The competitor and his or her uniform must be clean. - No infectious skin diseases or open wounds will be permitted. - Fingernails and toenails must be clipped. - To the best of our abilities, we will be dividing adults and kids' divisions by weight, age, and experience level, but we reserve the right to combine and expand divisions as we see fit. ***Breaking of these rules is grounds for immediate disqualification. Referees are the final word on any call related to breaking the rules. They are the closest ones to the action.
