**Description:** Join Sami 'Elukka' Narikka, a BJJ black belt and multiple Finnish Championship/European Open medalist, for two 1.5-hour BJJ training sessions. This seminar is open to all interested in ground techniques, regardless of martial art, provided they have a gi.

The schedule includes sessions from 13:00-14:30 and 15:00-16:30. The cost is €15 for both sessions or €10 for one. BJJ black belts attend for free. Payment is by cash on site, preferably exact change.
