Payment is non‑refundable after registration closes. Each GI and NO‑GI entry is paid separately. ⸻ 💳 PAYMENT PROCESS 1. Register at www.samurai.smoothcomp.com 2. Losers in semis receive two bronze medals. • All other categories use a full elimination bracket with two bronze medals. ⸻ ⏰ IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Athletes must remain in the warm‑up area. Failing to appear on their match when called results in disqualification after 2 minutes. • First aid will be provided; further medical treatment is the responsibility of the athlete or their guardians. • Negative social media behavior that damages the reputation of SAMURAI OPEN or sponsors will result in disqualification. • Organizers reserve the right to deny participation at their discretion.
