Weigh-Ins:
Thursday April 9 @ 4 PM - 9 PM (Sanger MMA)
Virtual Weigh-ins will be accepted: take a full body video, hold for 4 seconds on face and hold for 4 seconds on scale. text results to 559-722-7262  

Friday April 10 @ 4 PM - 9 PM - (Sanger MMA)

You do not have to weigh-in with your Gi on.

REFUND POLICY:

In the event we cannot find a competitor for you a full refund will be given. In the event you are not able to make it after registering, we require a 24-hour notice via email stating you will not be able to attend to receive the refund in full. No Exceptions.

FORMAT:

2 Match minimum, Double Elimination format

RULESET: IBJJF rule set for kids and adult Gi/No Gi brackets

COACHES INFORMATION:

1 - 5 COMPETITORS = 1 COACHES WRISTBANDS

6 - 10 COMPETITORS = 3 COACHES WRISTBANDS

15 - 25 COMPETITIORS = 5 COACHES WRISTBANDS

2 chair will be placed at each mat for each opposing Coach. 2 COACHES PER MAT!

MEDALS:

Custom SANGER MMA Medals with an extra wide Custom Lanyard. Our Medals are sure to impress. 

WARM UP AREA:

We will have enough warmup space for everyone competing.

STAGING AREA:

Much like JJWL we will have a section for staging and a designated staff member to walk you to your mat and also take you to the podium.

MEDIC ON HAND:

We will have 1 Medic's on hand to assist with any unfortunate injury that may occur.

HELP NEEDED:

We are looking for experienced referees to help us run a smooth tournament. We ask that referees be a competitor Purple Belt, Brown or Black Belt with an understanding of how the point system works. A referee seminar will be held early morning before the tournament starts.
