**Description:** **RULES**

[IBJJF ruleset](https://ibjjf.com/books-videos) will be used.

Doors will open at 8:00. First match will start at 8:30.

Competitors should weigh in 30 minutes before their division starts (latest). You can find out your match times once the brackets are published.

Each division's 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will receive medals.

The academy with the highest points will receive a team trophy.

**REGISTRATION**

Early bird registration costs £20 for one division and £30 for both divisions.

Normal registration costs £30 for one division. You can register to compete in both gi and nogi for £45 during normal registration period.

Late registration costs £40 for one division and £60 for both divisions.

Early bird registration is between 8 December 2024 19:00 - 4 January 2025 23:59.

Normal registration will close on 1 February 2025 23:59. However, registrations may be closed before this date if maximum capacity is reached.

Late registration is between 1 February 2025 23:59 and 3 February 2025 23:59.

You can cancel or edit your registration until 3 February 2025 23:59. If you cancel your registration before 1 February 2025 23:59, you will receive 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date and time.

Brackets will be released on 6 February 2025 afternoon.

**SPECTATORS AND COACHES**

Spectators can enter for £5. You can pay by cash only at the door. We have ample space for spectators.

Coaches will need to pay a spectator fee unless they email us their names and academies in advance.

Weight categories may be merged if there are less than 2 people in a division.

You have 0.5kg weight allowance.

Weigh-ins will be done without the gi.
