# Stealth Sub Series - Queenstown (Gi and No-Gi) > Competition in Queenstown, Otago, New Zealand | December 01, 2023 – December 02, 2023 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** Introduction: Stealth Grappling welcomes you to our submission only tournament series! Our mission is to continue to elevate the level of submission grapplers here in New Zealand and create the conditions needed for success at the international and world championship level. Our tournaments are round robin to ensure you have plenty of matches on the day. With shorter rounds and no points, we encourage you to hunt for the finish and prove yourself as one of the best submission artists in the country. Come test your skills in a friendly, yet competitive environment! Details: Event Date: Saturday 5th August Location: Te Manawa Jiu-Jitsu, 103 Glenda Drive Parking: Plenty of street parking Weigh-in time: 8am-12pm (see the 'Weigh-in' tab for more details) Doors open: 8am Rules briefing: 8.45am Matches start: 9am Spectator fee: $10 per adult, $5 per child aged 5-12 (under 5s are free). Cash, EFTPOS and bank transfer all accepted Division discounts/details: Sign up for either the gi or no-gi weight division and get $20 off the other one, and sign up for one absolute division and get the other free! 2 divisions (kids) - $70 2 divisions (youths) - $90 2 divisions (adults) - $110 4 divisions (adults) - $130 Divisions will be visible the entire time so you know who's signed up ahead of time, and brackets will be released 2 days prior to the event. Gi divisions will be run first, then no-gi. If you medal in your gi division please go straight to the podium to receive your medal and have your photo taken, then change into your no-gi gear. Prizegiving: Prizegiving will be held as soon as the division ends - if you place 1st, 2nd or 3rd please go straight to the podium to receive your medal. If you're competing in both divisions and you medal in your gi division, please go straight to the podium and do your prizegiving before changing into your no-gi gear. Prizes: If you're interested in sponsoring an event with cash or prizes for the top athletes (no matter how small) please contact us! Spectator policy: Coaches and parents of children who are competing are considered spectators. We understand you have already paid for your child's entry, however we need to cover our costs (running competitions is expensive) and having a door charge for everyone who enters is simply easier at the door.
