WEIGH-INS START: 8:00 AM

CHILDREN 5-15 years old will be given priority for Weigh-Ins until 9:30 AM, to ensure they are ready for the Rules Meeting & Kids Divisions to start

Adults must be weighed in by 1:30 PM, before the weigh-in tables are closed.

Competitors are expected to be checked-in, weighed-in, warmed up and ready to compete 1 hour prior to their scheduled division.

All weigh ins are without the gi (minimum of shirt and shorts, there is no removing your top/bottoms to weigh in)

We tolerate a 2 pounds allowance.

It is the athlete’s responsibility to be on weight and make sure they are registered in the correct weight division, rank, and team on the competitor list.

In the occurrence that an athlete cannot make weight, he/she should contact us immediately before the registration MODIFICATION/CORRECTION deadline (the Wednesday before the event). On the day of the tournament, we may not be able to accommodate  registration corrections, athletes who fail to make weight the morning of the event are unlikely to be able to compete.

We are proud to announce that all KIDS DIVISIONS, and the ADULT GI DIVISIONS, will be following a full IBJJF rules format. This includes advantages and penalties.

For all ADULT GI DIVISIONS, the only accepted colours of uniform are: White, Royal Blue, and Black.

Following international standards, the Adult/Juvenile / Gi / Male divisions are not permitted to wear a rashguard or t-shirt under their uniform.

ALL  divisions will be DOUBLE-ELIMINATION, except for ABSOLUTES, which are SINGLE-ELIMINATION
