Rules: Match Time: 7 min Over time: Submission Shoot Out Three 1 min rounds per fighter Each round starting from a submission set up/Dominant position Round 1: Back Take position  Round 2: Arm Bar position Round 3: Saddle/Russian cowboy position OT Goal: Accumulate a point each round by getting a submission within 1 min 1 point per submission ***Can steal point during opponents round ONLY IN Russian cowboy/saddle round (round 3) with a counter sub (No disconnect during counter sub . If there is a disconnect, round is over) Fighter with most points at the end of OT - Wins Points tied- Fastest total time of all submissions - Wins No points collected- Judge's Decision ( Based on sub attempts and overall offensive activity) Stalling:~30 seconds of no progressive/offensive movement Stalling can be called from any position ( mount, back, side control,50/50, offense, and defense ) Fighters will get "Action Call" before stalling calls start 1st stalling call : Warning 2nd stalling call : 1 negative point 3rd stalling call : Disqualified (Match is over immediately) ***If 1 fighter has a negative point during regulation, they must get a submission to win because match WILL NOT be going into over time. ***If both fighters have a negative point, it will be judge's decision because match WILL NOT be going into over time.
