First half is Submission Only, then we continue onto other half
for Points. If the competitors are still on tie, we will do a
standard OT round. If the scores are still on tie after Regular OT,
then they will move onto modified EBI overtime.

Every time one of the kids mounts, takes the back or closes their
guard for 3 seconds we stop the fight, that participant will be
awarded one point and will start again.

Belly down mount, after 3 seconds is an ippon.

The first competitor to reach 3 points wins.

No submissions allowed.

To gain points, positions must be held for 3 seconds

Pulling guard during submission only = Minus 1 point

Side control = 2 points

Direct mount after passing guard from standing = 4 points

mount after side control = 1 point

Back control (body triangle or hooks) = 4 points

Takedown (rib cage and pelvis on the floor for 3 seconds) = 2
points

Closed guard = 1 point

Triangle = 2 points

411 with control of one leg = 2 point

Regular Overtime: Athletes are given more additional options
for points

Sweep: 2 Points

Turtle top: 1 Point

Knee on belly must be at the center for 3 seconds, with the
opponent being flat on the ground.

When a participant reaches either mount, back control, close guard or 411 will get their respective points after 3 seconds and 1 point for every 10-second lock in that position.

The first to reach 10 points will win in normal or over time.

No Submissions.

If the points are the same after 6 minutes, there will be 6
minutes overtime and the following rules are added

Positions must be held for 3 seconds to gain points.

Competitors are not rewarded for farming points by
simply repeating locking or controlling motion. Ex. opening and
closing triangle without resetting away from the position.

For takedowns and side controls, You only need one shoulder
on the ground for 3 seconds for points.

Knee on belly must be at the center for 3 seconds,
with the opponent being flat on the ground.

A Sweep is only considered when an Athlete goes over
the other and goes at least on their knees.

To make fights more exciting, competitors who pull guard
will be given a penalty point. (Ex. Directly sitting, Turtle or
pulling before a takedown has taken place)

However, If an athlete manages to go straight into
submission position, they will not lose any points. This also
applies to the points phase, if the athlete manages to go straight
into closed guard, they will not lose any points.

You may pull guard without losing point after a takedown attempt
happens, only after you decide to go to turtle for 3 seconds. The
reason behind this is because if you wish to pull guard, you have to
give a bad position to your opponent.

It may be contradictory, but Full Closed Guard are given a point
because we believe athletes should be rewarded in closed guard, since
you can do a lot in that position, in comparison to other guards. To
simply put, you can risk pulling guard during submission only phase,
but you will not be rewarded until points phase.

Submissions

First Half of the fight is submission only.

The referee can stop a fight and give the win if crucifix
crank are lock below HH division.

Chair are all allowed from White Belt. (**EXCEPT HEEL HOOKS**)
