**WHAT IS IT?**

The Kids Festival originated in Brazil, where it is widely practiced and a great success.

It consists of a “friendly” competition, different from the well-known and usual elimination competition system.

**OBJECTIVE**

To provide an environment for the introduction, initiation and participation of the competitive environment in a friendly manner, without pressure for results or victories.

In this way, to avoid early frustrations or possible trauma situations.

Life is an eternal competition and, therefore, there is nothing better than starting this process in a light and fun way for the kids.

**HOW DOES IT WORK?**

Children are welcomed into the event area by monitors, grouped by age (4-5 / 6-7 / 8-9 / 10-11 / 12-15 years old) and then positioned in the areas where they will perform.

The activities begin with interaction with all the children, teachers and parents, so that EVERYONE feels welcomed, involved and honored.

The actions continue with fun activities in the form of functional warm-ups and then the round-robin combats begin, where, at the end of the time, both athletes have their arms raised facing the audience.

**PRIZES**

At the end of the round-robin combats, ALL athletes receive medals.
