Our instructors include bjj & judo black belt Sonia Ariz (coach at BJJ Dojo Berlin), brown belt and certified yoga instructor Sophie Krambrich (coach at Helios Project Köln), and purple belt Magdalena Stateva (Team Xtreme Karlsruhe).
