# Triumph Grappling > Competition in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia | September 28, 2024 – September 29, 2024 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** Trimuph Grappling Spring 2024 | Round Robin Event IBJJF rules competition for all ages | Gi and No-Gi | Coupon Prizes for juvenile and adults divisions. Sunday August 25th | 9:00am | Carrara Indoor Sports Centre, Carrara, QLD. Kids, Juveniles, Adults - Round Robin | Gi and No-Gi. **MATCH DETAILS:** Matches will be conducted within a 5x5 meter mat space The duration of matches will be a single five minute round with no over time provided The refferees will serve as judges in addition to their regular roles The main criteria the matches will be judged on is dominance, positional control and agression. **WEIGHT:** ​All competitors will be required to be on, or under, the weight limit of the division they are registered in when measured to be able to compete. [CLICK HERE](https://ibjjf.com/books-videos) to access the ['Technical Fouls and Illegal Moves'](https://ibjjf.com/books-videos) details. **PRIZES:** For competitors under in the kids divisions, prizes will consist of ribbons given to first second and third place For Juvenile and adult divisions only first place will recieve award in the form of either gift cards or discounted entry into the next triumph grappling event **BRACKETS & DIVISIONS MERGE:** In the case of lack of partiscipants in the juveniles divisions partiscipants will be transfered to the adult devisions In the case of lack of partiscipants in certain weight classes partiscipants in that weight calss will be transfered to the next weight class up. **HYGIENE:** Competitors must adhear to the following hygiene standards. Nails must be trimmed and kept short. Long hair should be tied up. Competitors with skin disorders will not be allowed to partiscipate unless able to provide supporting documentation. Protectors - there will be no allowances for head/ear protectors, ankle/feet protectors, knee/elbow braces/protectors and no groin guards. Tapes are allowed. No jewellery to be worn and no hairpins. **SOCIAL MEDIA:** To ensure that the reputation and image of Triumph is protected and that all Participants and the public are respected. content of any type that is inappropriate. offensive or otherwise unlaw full must not be displayed or transmitted on social media. Examples of such content includes, but is not limited to content that is discriminatory, Vilifies, offensive, threatening, stalking, harassing or bullying any individual or group of individuals. Any breaches of this policy may lead to immediate disqualification and suspension or even banishment from future events and/or reporting to the approbate authorities. **REFUNDS:** Cancellation and refunds will be possible until 22nd of august three days before the competition There will be no refunds for those who miss their matches **FIRST AID:** The event will have a individual qualified for first aid, who will be able to provide first aid until the arrival of an ambulance to mitigate any possible issues **RISK AND INSURANCE:** The fighter and/or their guardian (if under 18yrs) acknowledges and agrees that the fighter shall be responsible to obtain all or any insurance for loss and/or medical, hospital, life, income protection, personal, property, or any other risk or damage that the fighter may cause or suffer, (whether directly or indirectly) and the fighter covenants that he acknowledges that any failure by the fighter to fully insure himself against any accident, damage, injury, loss, whatsoever, howsoever arising shall be solely at the risk of the fighter.
