Trondheim Open Grappling

Competitors can compete both in Gi and No-Gi classes. Every competitor gets at least 4 matches if they participate in both. Every bracket is either doble elimination or round robin.

No matter your background in grappling—whether it’s Judo, Wrestling, Sambo, Traditional Jiu Jitsu, or any similar discipline—your experience counts.


 

The Gi competition will be scored and judged according to IBJJF rules, including the legal and illegal techniques as well as the official point-scoring system. This initiative aims to encourage more Gi competitors to participate in the event.

The doors open: 07:30

Kids Weigh ins: 08:00-08:30.

Kids rules meeting: 08:30

Kids First match: 09:00. 

Adult Gi Weigh ins end: 11:30

Rules meeting: 11:30

Adult Gi First match: 12:00

Adult Nogi Weigh ins end: 13:30

Adult Nogi first match: 14:00

Gi or No-Gi Single class registration: 400 NOK

Both Gi and No-Gi registration: 550 NOK

Kids: 200 NOK

Gi or No-Gi Single class registration: 350 NOK

Both Gi or No-Gi Single class registration: 450 NOK
