**Description:** **Respect People**– go crazy and cheer for your mates, but DO NOT Booh, cuss, yell or show respectless behaviour at refs or opponents, or anyone.

**Respect our gym**- Don't break stuff and dont make a mess, not in the gym, dressing room, toilets or outside. We don't like cleaning too 😉.

**No Visitors**- Just fighters and coaches, except for the kids. Parents can come to anyone under 18.
