# WILTSHIRE CHAMPIONSHIP > Competition in Swindon, England, United Kingdom | March 16, 2024 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** The competition will start at 9am on Saturday 16th of March 2024 and will go on until approximately 4pm or until all matches have been completed. All registrations will be processed online via Smoothcomp, so refer to registration instructions. Please register your child before the deadline which will be 14th March 2024. Competitors to be child and juvenile categories up to GREEN belt and up to BROWN for adults ONLY! DISCOUNTS: Discount for entering both Gi and NoGi, will be calculated at checkout. This event is a Gi and NO Gi competition, following IBJJF ruleset. TROPHIES: **Team Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place** *Team Trophies Adult & Juvenile (Best Academy) *Team Trophies Kids only (Best Academy) *Kids Trophies for Fastest submission for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place *Adults & Juvenile Trophies for Fastest Submission for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place *Absolute Trophies for Male and Female categories for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (Gi & No Gi) *Male Absolute Ghost category Trophies & Prize money for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Food and drink is available on site to buy, also we will have the amazing açaí smoothies, Guaraná drinks, Brazilian snacks and BBQ sticks available on the day. A clothes stall will be available at the event selling Gi's, shorts, rash guards and more. There will be a professional photographer and videographer on the day and will be free of charge to download 24 hours after the event. There will be a team of first aiders Free onsite parking and a marshal will help you find an available space faster Refunds are only possible until 01/02/24 after that medals / Trophies will be ordered and no refund will be possible. If you are alone in bracket we will invite you to move up to the next bracket where possible, after the 14th March we will move you up as necessary to allow you have a match. We really want to see you have a match but if you are not happy to move up we shall refund you. *We are introducing a 'Ghost Bracket'. This is an invisible category which anyone from white to brown belt can sign up for and we will only make it visible to you on the day. We message/email you with the rough time that it will go ahead on the day and you will only find out who you will be going against at the time the bracket starts. It will be a mixed category so you will go with mixed age, weight and belt and a choice if you go Gi or No Gi, so you could choose Gi and go against an opponent with NoGi . This will be using the smoothcomp technology so no changes can be made on the day.**Over 18's only!Prizes: All money made from this bracket will be divided between:* *1st place 50%* *2nd place 30%* *3rd place 20%.* *There needs to be a minimum of 20 competitors signed up for it to go ahead. * HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE WE HAVE 47 COMPETITORS REGISTERED FOR THIS DIVISION AND WE CAN COMFIRM THE BRACKET WILL GO AHEAD, UPDATED 18/12/23.* They will also get trophies and medals. There will be 2 fully qualified referees on the mat during the fights.* * The last chance to make weight & Belt changes is Thursday 13th March * **Spectators** *£5 spectator fee to be paid by cash or card on the day of event* one adult accompanying a competing child will have free entry to the event, all other adults must pay. Children under the age of 12 have free entry.
