**Description:** Emilia Tuukkanen, a BJJ practitioner from Lahti currently training at Roger Gracie Academy in Spain, will hold a seminar exclusively for women. Emilia is a decorated athlete, having won European Championships in BJJ (2013, 2014) and No-Gi (2015). She also secured gold in her division and silver in the open class at the Rome Open as a brown belt.

The seminar is open to practitioners of all levels. Both training sessions will be gi-based.

The seminar costs 15 € for one session or 20 € for both sessions.
