‎FLOKI JIU JITSU

Floki Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in Morphett Vale, South Australia. The gym welcomes everyone from complete beginners to seasoned competitors, kids to adults, casual rollers to those chasing medals.

The academy believes training should feel challenging and rewarding, but also welcoming and fun. Classes cover both Gi and No-Gi training, with a curriculum that blends technique, fitness, and practical self-defence skills. The gym runs classes 7 days a week, including dedicated kids' sessions, and offers a free trial week for new students.

Floki Jiu Jitsu combines personalised instruction with a strong focus on fundamentals. Every class starts with a check-in to understand what students are working on and how coaches can help. From there, students split into small groups and receive hands-on coaching tailored to their goals. The academy prides itself on its welcoming community where members support each other on and off the mats. Head coach Jordan leads the instruction team, providing experienced guidance and ensuring students understand the "why" behind every technique.
