Jiu Jitsu program for kids ages 5 and up, instilling discipline, confidence, responsibility and positive values. Operating four days a week with age-appropriate groups (5-8 and 9-14). Younger groups focus on coordination, skills, and fitness through games and drills. Older groups receive detailed technical instruction and live wrestling practice.
