Fit Combat Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a registered team with the CBJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Confederation), founded by Professor Bruno Campos on January 12, 2016. Based in Aracaju, Sergipe, the team has expanded to over 18 locations across Sergipe, Bahia, Alagoas, and Pernambuco, with more than 500 athletes training under its banner. Professor Bruno Campos sought to create an independent team, breaking away from nationally renowned organizations to establish something uniquely from Sergipe. Drawing on his knowledge of sports management and marketing, he innovated in the gentle art scene, building Fit Combat BJJ from the ground up with careful attention to branding, social media presence, instructor and athlete affiliation, and standardized teaching methodology. The team is led by Professor Bruno Campos, a 3rd-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and black belt in Judo, with expertise in self-defense instruction. The training philosophy emphasizes technical efficiency, minimum force application, ground exercises, and a comprehensive curriculum covering falls, self-defense, philosophy, transitions, guards, passes, attacks, submissions, survival, and defenses. Fit Combat BJJ is registered with the CBJJ, IBJJF, CBJJE, and UAEJJF.
