Adriano Constantino has dedicated his life to judo and jiu-jitsu, accumulating more than 40 years of practice and teaching . His journey in martial arts began early, at the age of five or six, encouraged by his father—a black belt in judo since 1967.
In 1990, he expanded his knowledge by starting Jiu-Jitsu at the Lotus Club Academy, where he developed expertise in self-defense and ground techniques. His dedication earned him a black belt in Judo in 1996 and in Jiu-Jitsu in 1998. Currently, he holds the title of 6th-degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and is the founder of the renowned Constantino Jiu-Jitsu team .
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a degree in Physical Education , Professor Adriano combines in-depth knowledge of the human body with the refined techniques of judo and jiu-jitsu, offering safe, efficient, and personalized training for each student.
In 2004 , he founded the Espaço Dojô Academy with the mission of transforming lives through the fundamental values of martial arts: truth, respect, and discipline . For over two decades, hundreds of students have carried these teachings beyond the mat, applying them to their personal and professional lives.
In addition to being responsible for the Espaço Dojô Academy, Professor Adriano has been the technical director of Jiu-Jitsu at Clube Paineiras do Morumby since 2014 , consolidating his influence and commitment to excellence in martial arts education in São Paulo.
