The school is led by three black belt instructors from the Neoral family. Iaroslav Neoral (5th degree black belt) is the patriarch who introduced Jiu-Jitsu to Franca. He started training in 1993 in Rio de Janeiro and earned his black belt in 2000. Iaroslav Filho (1st degree black belt) is a multi-champion competitor who began training at age 8 in 2007 under his father, earning his black belt in 2019 and becoming the idealist behind Alicerce.
