Academia SBA Sylvio Behring

The Sylvio Behring Association was founded by Master Sylvio Behring, an 8th degree red and black belt, who developed the Progressive System of Jiu-Jitsu™ in the late 1980s based on teachings from Grand Master Alvaro Barreto. This established methodology emphasizes self-defense, complete psychomotor development, and provides a unified education system that has graduated over 200 black belts worldwide over more than 50 years of history.

Ferreira Behring Jiu-Jitsu is committed to offering quality jiu-jitsu training for all ages, promoting both physical and mental development through martial arts. Their training philosophy focuses on progressive learning from simple to complex techniques, building self-confidence and technical improvement.
