**Description:** Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an essential martial art for self-defense
It teaches you the key principles of control through grappling techniques that have been refined over hundreds of years
Our schedule is split between Gi (BJJ uniform/kimono) classes and No-Gi (shorts and t-shirt) classes to give students a well-rounded understanding of all potential scenarios and techniques.

Our classes include warm-ups, technique demonstration, application and rolling (sparring)
The mental and physical challenges of new techniques and rolling keep you mentally and physically fit
You will also find yourself part of a community of like-minded individuals from various walks of life.
