Bowmans offers comprehensive programs for all ages and skill levels, from Taekwondo Tykes (ages 4-7) to adult programs. The academy emphasizes not just technical skill development, but also building confidence, discipline, and character in every student. The training philosophy focuses on creating an encouraging environment where students can achieve their personal goals, whether that's fitness, self-defense, or competitive excellence.
The instructional team includes highly experienced coaches: Master Darla Lays (5th Degree Black Belt Taekwondo, Blue Belt BJJ with 30 years experience), Professor Andy Campbell (BJJ Black Belt with 20 years martial arts experience), Professor Ryland Coventry (BJJ Black Belt with decorated wrestling background), and several other dedicated instructors specializing in different disciplines. Classes run 7 days a week with a full schedule accommodating various age groups and skill levels.
