The coaching team is led by Joey Boretski, who brings over 15 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience with extensive competitive background and a commitment to modern, science-informed coaching methodologies. Joey integrates principles of motor learning, biomechanics, and periodization into his teaching while fostering a supportive and enjoyable learning environment. The team also includes Conor (blue belt, wrestling coach with provincial and national wrestling success), Spencer (purple belt, passionate about sharing knowledge in a friendly manner), Hollich (blue belt, adopts constraints-led approach teaching methodology), Londyn (yellow belt, kids program lead coach and competitive grappler), and Chantale (blue belt, assistant kids coach and Canadian Air Force veteran with 16 years of service).
