### Joey Boretski

**Role:** Head Instructor

**Bio:** Joey's journey in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu spans over 15 years, a period marked by dedicated training, frequent competition, and a relentless pursuit of knowledge. His extensive competitive experience provides a deep well of practical understanding, which is further enhanced by a commitment to modern, science-informed coaching methodologies.


### Conor - Blue

**Role:** Instructor

**Bio:** In his youth, Conor dedicated himself to the sport of wrestling, and had much success at the provincial and national level. After competition, he coached several youth wrestling programs through his work as a teacher. Joining Limitless rekindled Conor's love for training.


### Hollich - Blue

**Role:** Instructor

**Bio:** Started training in 2021 under Spencer Lalonde in Ontario. Received Blue Belt in 2023 and after a move to Western Canada, has been with Joey Boretski since late-2023.


### Londyn

**Role:** Instructor

**Bio:** A passionate yellow belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu who has been training since 2021. Promoted under the guidance of Joey Boretski, Londyn has been actively competing since 2022, earning a silver medal at Jiu-Jitsu Con 2023.


### Spencer

**Role:** Instructor

**Bio:** Spencer began his martial arts training when he was a teenager studying traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and quickly became fascinated with the submission, leverage, and control elements. Started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2018 and was hooked immediately.


### Chantale - Blue

**Role:** Assistant

**Bio:** A blue belt with nearly three years of training experience. Has competed in several events, including the prestigious Jiu-Jitsu Con International. Trains between 5 and 8 sessions per week. Canadian veteran with 16 years of service as an avionics technician in the Air Force.

**Description:** Both gi and nogi bjj classes specifically designed to help kids not only build grappling skills, but essential life skills such as cooperation, confidence and problem solving as well. Ages 5-12.

**Description:** Gi Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a grappling art practiced in the traditional uniform (gi) similar to that of judo or other martial arts. Gi jiu-jitsu focuses on using grips and leverage to control and submit opponents. All levels, ages 13+.

### No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

**Skill Level:** All Levels

**Gi Requirement:** No-Gi

**Description:** Nogi Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a grappling art practiced without the traditional uniform. Instead, practitioners wear athletic attire such as shorts, T-shirts or rashguards. Nogi grappling is often more dynamic and fast paced than the more traditional gi style of jiujitsu.
