Professor Ross Lockie brings 23 years of experience in the fitness industry, along with a 2-0 MMA record and certifications as a personal trainer. As the owner, head competition coach, and head instructor, Ross leads a dedicated team focused on helping students achieve their goals, whether that's physical fitness, self-defense, or competitive success. The academy offers programs for all ages and skill levels, including Kids BJJ, Adult Gi and No-Gi classes, Women's BJJ, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Personal Training, all delivered in their state-of-the-art facility with an amazing community atmosphere.
