Head coach Francisco Bahia leads training sessions with an authentic Brazilian approach, bringing passion and expertise to every class. Francisco began training jiu-jitsu in 2009 at age 16 and received his black belt in Brazil in 2019. He lives jiu-jitsu professionally - teaching group classes, private lessons, seminars, and competing. His mission is to help others discover what he has found in jiu-jitsu.

The coaching team also includes Milla Bahia, who received her black belt in 2019 and is a Masters World Champion, three-time European Champion, and one of the first women in Finland to achieve a black belt. She trains annually in Brazil and competes actively. Sakari Miettinen, who earned his black belt in 2023, has been involved in martial arts since 1992 and brings extensive experience and enthusiasm to his teaching.

Tundra Jiu-Jitsu offers comprehensive programs including fundamentals classes, advanced training, no-gi grappling, competition preparation, women's-only classes, and children's BJJ for ages 7-13. The academy provides a clean, organized, and safe training environment where everyone can feel part of the jiu-jitsu family.

**Bio:** Francisco began training jiu-jitsu in 2009 at age 16 and received his black belt in Brazil in 2019. He lives jiu-jitsu professionally, teaching group classes, private lessons, seminars, and competing.

**Role:** Instructor

**Bio:** Black belt since 2019, Masters World Champion, three-time European Champion, and one of the first women in Finland to achieve a black belt. Trains annually in Brazil and competes actively.
