**Description:** # Nova Onda is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling and boxing club in the Arcachon Basin located in Salles in Gironde.

Beyond simply being a BJJ club, it is first and foremost a philosophy, a way of rethinking one's approach to martial arts.

It is a family in which everyone should be able to find their place, to flourish both as a participant and as a competitor.

Nova Onda in Portuguese means two things: new wave and new trend. The first in homage to this oceanic culture which is dear to our beautiful region and the second in reference to this new movement which came straight from Brazil in the 90s and which, propelled to the forefront by the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), revolutionized the world of martial arts.

Our mission: to share this passion that drives us through a taste for effort and kindness.
