**Description:** Welcome to our team which was founded in 2015 with teacher  **Savvas Karypidis** . We are a member of the world academy  [**Rio Grappling Club**](https://riograpplingclub.net/)  (RGC)  with teacher  **[Roberto de Moraes Atalla](https://www.bjjheroes.com/bjj-fighters/roberto-atalla)** . In fact, our coach is the Head Coach of RGC in Greece.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art. It is a sport that helps to train both the body and the mind. It is one of the best forms of self-defense. It develops flexibility, strength and endurance. At the same time, the athlete learns to be disciplined, humble and strive to achieve his goals. This art is aimed at all ages, all body types, men, women and children.
